These regulations apply to all registered members on the websites MISSxART.NET and MISSXKR.COM. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use our services. Thank you.

Article I. Account Regulations

1. Users are allowed to create multiple accounts. Accounts that are inactive for more than 3 months will be deleted from the system.
2. Sharing premium accounts with multiple users is not permitted. If detected, the account will be permanently disabled.
3. Accounts must use an active email address to receive update notifications or activation links for premium accounts after payment.
4. If a user’s account seriously violates the terms of service, we have the right to temporarily or permanently suspend it; you will receive notification from us of the reason.
5. All your information is secure. You can request account deletion at any time by sending an email and confirming your agreement to delete your account.

Article II. Content Regulations

1. Users are allowed to share and exchange content free of charge. We are not responsible for the copyright of this content.
2. Premium content refers to paid content provided to premium members. Users may exchange or share this content at least 60 days after we release it.
3. Sharing paid content is restricted due to copyright issues and directly affects the author. Members who share excessively are considered to be intentionally violating the terms and conditions, and will be permanently disabled.
4. Sharing direct links from our hosting servers is not permitted.
5. Users are allowed to share article links on social media.

Article III. Membership Packages

1. Membership packages are digital products with no refunds after successful payment and activation.
2. Premium members are not allowed to share their accounts with other users. Violation will result in permanent account deactivation.
3. Do not use stolen or counterfeit credit cards for payment. In this case, the transaction will be canceled and the account will be permanently disabled.
4. We reserve the right to change or add benefits to membership packages by increasing or limiting certain benefits for a specific period of time within the membership package.
5. Membership package benefits cannot be canceled. In case of cancellation, the activated member will receive all benefits available at the time of activation and will maintain them until the end of the service, or will be transferred to a new membership package with similar benefits.
6. Registered membership packages will automatically terminate when the service term ends and will not automatically renew.
7. Membership packages only apply to content managed by us and do not include any other services (such as: storage services, advertising services, etc.).

Article IV. Membership Refund
You are allowed to request a refund for your purchased membership package under the following conditions:

1. You have completed the payment but have not successfully activated the service package you purchased on our website.
2. The time elapsed is no more than 60 minutes from the completion of payment and meets the conditions in clause 1 of this article.

Article V. Other Regulations

1. We are not liable for any issues related to user accounts on Terabox, Pikpak, and other hosting services.
2. We use Terabox, Pikpak, and other hosting services to store and share content. Users are responsible for registering accounts to use these services if required, and users must comply with their terms and conditions of service.
